Kelly Starrett (pictured above) is a total rock star and this 80 minute (skip to about six and a half minutes in) interview (also available as an audio podcast) blew my mind wide open. A few weeks later and it’s my hips and shoulders getting open while this guy has changed the way I look at my body.
